This is a good-looking toy made out of materials that should last, but the assembly instructions were definitely incomplete. Several details left out, including additional tools I needed to provide--good thing we have screwdrivers and ratchets on hand! The plastic piece that goes on the front has a couple pieces that are obviously under great strain when I fasten it where it is supposed to go. It also turns a bit asymmetrically, with a sharper turning radius to the left than to the right. Very wide turning radius--we'll see if my son can make it around corners or if I'll have to pick up the back and help the car turn. We're contemplating using a metal cutter to remove a welded non-structural metal piece that looks like it is there just to limit the turning radius.
Note that the video on Amazon that says it goes with the same model is *a bit* helpful, but a couple bolt lengths (40 mm and 50 mm) are reversed, and the seat attachment for this uses only two bolts instead of four as in the video.
Anyway, it looks sturdy and very cool, so I'm looking forward to giving it to my son for his birthday and watching him use it!
