This patio umbrella is nice! Easy to use and the size of the canopy covers everything we need to shade. It is of decent quality. The umbrella doesn't do great when it's windy, but pretty well expected that due to the surface area. We didn't buy the base that goes with it because we had one from our last umbrella. We haven't had to purchase any repacement parts as of yet but it wouldn't shock me If the rope for opening and closing breaks just due to how often it is put up and down.
